Six months, two phases, one shared goal: a real pilot project with a real healthcare partner.
Phase 1 - Building the Foundation
Months 1- 3
Every workshop builds on the last – from understanding the market to a concrete pilot plan.
Delivered through workshops, expert panels, and hospital visits – not just slides. By the end of this phase, you’ll have set clear goals for the full six months and checked monthly in 1:1 accountability check-ins.
1. Understand
How the healthcare system actually buys, who holds the budget, and how funding flows – translated for founders coming from outside the sector.
2. Translate
Turn your business model into a healthcare business model go-to-market, partnering, and what it takes to actually integrate into a hospital’s operations.
3. Position
Procurement realities, unit economics, and how to make your impact and CO2 case land – then turn that case into a sales conversation.
4. Pilot
A hands-on design sprint to turn everything you’ve learned into a concrete, fundable pilot plan-ready to bring to a healthcare partner.
Phase 2 - Pilots Take Shape
Months 4 - 6
- Introductions to hospitals, payers, and ecosystem partners open to testing new solutions. Support to turn your pilot design into a real, signed-off pilot project - and visibility through our final showcase event, plus LinkedIn, events, and media activities.
Running Throughout All Six Months
- 1:1 coaching on strategy, sales, impact, regulatory, and fundraising topics.
- Monthly accountability check-ins to keep your six-month goals on track.
- Bi-weekly brown bag lunches - informal video calls built for community, not pitching.

Two in-person bootcamps are mandatory – everyone meets, everyone showcases, and everyone benefits from each other’s regional networks.
