Interviews: March 9th – March 20th
You will have a 45-minute interview with our coaches to discuss team, tech, program fit and eligibility. Ask your questions about program and value for your business.

Selection: March 20th
About 20 companies will be selected by our jury. You will be invited to an onboarding call about the program schedule, kickoff, contract and required documents.

Program start: April 1st
Your Green Health Accelerator Journey will begin with an online workshop to kick things of and continue with your first coaching sessions to define your goals and program roadmap.

Eligibility Criteria
Green Health Accelerator welcomes mission-driven, early-to-growth-stage companies whose core activities align with both climate impact and social-business principles.
We select companies that:
- Provide solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and have a strong commitment to sustainability & healthcare impact.
- Are or will be registered in Germany, adhere to impact values and are <10 years old, with <50 employees and <50M revenue.
- Has founders willing to invest time in their business development and to engage with industry partners during program.
- Have received less than EUR 260k public funding (de-minimis declaration) so far.

Is this program free of cost?
No cost for you, no equity taken. Program participation is completely free of charge. You’ll receive a budget of EUR 1.000 to compensate your expenses. The program is fully publicly funded, so it will count for your de-minimis budget (in our estimation between EUR 12.000 – 25.000, depending on how long and how intensively you participate.
Who can apply?
Impact and climate companies with a mission, aligned with these sectors: Smart Building & Energy; Food & Waste Management; Circularity; Mobility & Logistics. Companies must: be registered in Germany; be independent; max. 5-6 years old (in special cases up to 10 years); revenue under €50M; employees under 50.

Is the program hybrid or in-person?
A six-month, hybrid program: mix of in-person bootcamp, online coaching and an online learning platform with tools, templates and case studies plus event invitations and monthly social events.
What is expected from startups during the program?
- Application takes around 1-2 hours (filling form + 45-min interview).
- 3-day in-person Kick-off bootcamp in Brandenburg (travel reimbursed).
- Phase 1 (Bootcamp & validation): 10 weeks online workshops and coaching (2-4h per week). Sharpen your value proposition, refine your impact and test fit with healthcare partners.
- Phase 2 (Pilot & scale): 3 months, both online & onsite. Selected teams for phase 2 prepare pilot projects, pitch at an industry event, and build lasting collaborations with hospitals and professionals.
What do you mean with €1k grant? Will we receive funding?
While there is no dedicated funding, each participating company will receive a EUR 1.000 budget to compensate cost for program participation and support business development activities during the program. Additionally valuable conference passes and other benefits might be provided as well.
What documents do I need to prepare?
We will need your pitch deck only. You can provide a video as well. You do not need a business plan, pitch deck, or financial projections. Once accepted into the program we will need documentation of your company registration, a signed contract and several official forms and declarations signed.
How long is the application form?
Our estimate for completing our form is 20-40 minutes. minutes to complete, depending how prepared you are describing your product, team and company.
What specific information about my team, product, and traction do I need?
We will need to know when and where your company was incorporated and about your status of tech, product, market-entry, customers and funding.
How competitive is the selection process?
We will select about 20 startups for each cohort. About half will be progress to the pilot stage.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our jury of industry experts will evaluate your application and select a shortlist. We will schedule a interview as soon as you qualified. Our coaches will conduct 45-minute selection interview. Our jury will review all companies. You will be informed about your selection at the end of the interview period.
What stage of development should my startup be at?
Your technology should be beyond the proof-of-concept stage and ready for minimal deployment within 3 months. Your financial runway should also extend for at least 6 months.
Do I meet the eligibility criteria?
We seek Social Businesses (Impact Startups) that provide solutions to reach carbon neutrality in the future. We accept companies (SMEs) registered in Germany that qualify as social business and are max. 5-6 years old, though we may consider businesses up to 10 years old in specific cases. Your previous public funding should not exceed the de-minimis value of 260k EUR (Please check next section for details.)
